These terms govern your use of the GoStickMe store and any order you place. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once it's accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment in full.
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and may change over time. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You're responsible for any import duties or taxes on international orders.
We do our best to show colours and sizes accurately, but slight variation between screens and the printed sticker is normal. Custom and personalised items are made from the artwork and details you supply.
Delivery estimates and our returns policy are set out on the Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.
Our designs, artwork and site content belong to GoStickMe. When you upload artwork for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you grant us permission to produce it for your order.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.
