Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and remember things. Here's how we use them at GoStickMe.
These keep the store working — remembering your cart, your session and your checkout progress. The site can't function properly without them, so they're always on.
We use these to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular and where things break — so we can make it better. With them on, PostHog also records sessions: a replay of the pages, scrolls and clicks during a visit. Text you type into forms is masked and never recorded.
If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies and session recordings are off until you accept. Everywhere else they're on from your first visit, and you can turn them off at any time: open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”. We work out your region from your IP address and don't store it.
Our analytics provider, PostHog, switches to a cookieless mode: nothing is written to your device — no cookies, no local or session storage — and no identifier follows you between visits. Visits are counted with a temporary identifier PostHog derives on its servers, which rotates daily and cannot be tied back to you.
If enabled, these help us measure and improve any promotions. We only set them with your consent.
Our chat widget is provided by Crisp. It only loads after you open the chat, and it then stores an identifier on your device so we can keep your conversation going and reply to you. Don't open the chat and nothing from Crisp is loaded or stored.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, though essential cookies are needed for the store to work. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
